This railing is beautiful more than I expected, strong and sturdy and will last a life time ,I love it!
Exactly what I needed for the two steps leading up to my back porch. We'll be safer this winter in the snow and ice. It's attractive, I ordered it in white to match my house. I received it fairly quickly considering they paint it to order. It was packed carefully to avoid damage. It's heavy duty steel and came with mounting bolts which we used to attach it securely to an existing post on our porch next to the steps. I have always had a good experience ordering things from Etsy
My experience with the shop was excellent - they gave me a date to expect the hand railing and it actually arrived a couple of days earlier. The rail is excellent - it is extremely sturdy and, included in the package were two lag screws to attach it to a stud and it has been wonderful to hold onto when I exit the house with three Labradors threatening to knock me over š. It is the work of a very skilled craftsman - well Done!

Very sturdy handrail and simple to install!
Quality, solid handrail. Packaged very well. I received a stand up version from mcsfab first (that attached to concrete step) and liked it so well, I ordered this one. I recently had total knee replacement and needed a sturdy handrail but did NOT want a handrail on the exterior of our home to look like it came from a medical supply store. I showed my sis my purchases and she ordered two handrails. When a product is quality, you want to share the good news.

We needed a hand rail but not one that is too bulky...this is perfect! Very heavy and strong!!!
The customer service was great: she stayed up late to get it out earlier than promised to help me meet a deadline. The handrails are very heavy and smooth -- nicely machined. My only suggestion is to offer a few additional styles that are a little more contemporary (example: one where the handle has less of a curly-q). These handrails are such a great solution for 1-2 step porches, that I think you'd grow your customer base this way. š Thanks again!
